SEAN L. LITTERAL
Sean prepares for trial and litigates to win. He is not intimidated by the opponent’s size or resources. And his track record proves it. His success is fueled by his matchless intensity and steadfast partnerships.
Sean began his legal career as a judicial clerk for Alaska’s high court. He faced one of the coldest winters on record, and alongside his duties to the court, drafted and published three articles with Harvard Law, Stanford Law, and UC Davis Law journals.
In the years before co-founding Litteral LLP, Sean served as a political advisor, educator and coach, and award-winning orator. As an attorney, he litigated high-stakes cases in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing workers, sexual assault survivors, and consumers. He notched key victories against some of the world’s largest tech, nutrition, and fire and security companies.
Together with his continued role as a litigator and advisor, Sean maintains an active mediation and pro bono practice. When not in the office, he is testing his endurance in the open country.
